Safara Hajj is a WhatsApp-based AI assistant for Arabic translation, Hajj and Umrah guidance, travel communication, document/image reading, and related pilgrimage support. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully.

Not Official Advice

Safara Hajj is not an official Hajj authority, government service, travel agency, medical provider, legal advisor, or religious fatwa service. Always follow your official Hajj organizer, Saudi authorities, Nusuk, and trusted scholars or guides.

AI Accuracy

AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Translations, image recognition, voice transcription, location suggestions, and guidance should be verified when the information is important, especially for Hajj routing, transport, medical, legal, or religious decisions.

User Responsibilities

Do not send passwords, bank details, payment cards, or highly sensitive documents.
Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading activity.
Verify important information with official sources before acting.
Follow WhatsApp, Meta, Saudi authority, and Hajj organizer rules.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but interruptions may happen due to hosting, WhatsApp, Meta, AI providers, network issues, maintenance, or force majeure events. We may update, limit, pause, or discontinue features when needed.

Access and Limits

Safara Hajj may apply usage limits to protect reliability and prevent abuse. Access may be limited, blocked, or removed if misuse is detected.

Intellectual Property

Safara Hajj branding, website content, prompts, and service design belong to Safara Hajj unless otherwise stated. You retain responsibility for content you send to the bot.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safara Hajj is not liable for losses caused by reliance on AI output, service interruption, inaccurate translations, incorrect guidance, or third-party platform issues.
