Safara Hajj provides a WhatsApp-based AI assistant for Arabic translation, Hajj and Umrah guidance, travel communication, image/document reading, and related pilgrimage support.

Information We Collect

• WhatsApp user ID or phone number needed to reply to messages.
• Messages, images, PDFs, voice notes, captions, and locations you choose to send to the bot.
• Language preference, usage counts, feedback, and admin-managed access or limit status.
• Technical logs needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

How We Use Information

• To translate Arabic content into English or Indonesian.
• To convert Indonesian or English into Arabic for local communication.
• To answer Hajj and Umrah guidance questions and provide Hajj timeline assistance.
• To process photos, documents, voice notes, and shared locations when you send them.
• To manage quotas, abuse protection, manual access, and customer support.

AI Processing

Content you send may be processed by AI service providers to generate translations, summaries, transcriptions, image explanations, or guide responses. Do not send passwords, payment cards, private medical records, or highly sensitive documents.

Location Data

If you share a WhatsApp location, we use it only to prepare nearby help such as hospitals, Indonesian offices, transport stations, gates, or entrances. Do not share location if you do not want this feature.

Data Retention

We keep user preferences, usage records, feedback, and operational logs as long as needed to provide the service, maintain quotas, prevent abuse, and support users. You may request deletion using the Data Deletion page.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the bot, such as WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure, AI providers, hosting providers, and technical tools used for reliability and security.
