What We Delete

Your language preference and interaction settings.
Your usage and quota records where technically feasible.
Your feedback records where technically feasible.
Access or limit records connected to your WhatsApp user ID where technically feasible.

What May Remain

Some limited records may remain if required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, billing/accounting, platform logs, backups, or technical integrity. Backup copies may expire according to normal backup rotation.

Verification

To protect users, we may ask you to send the request from the same WhatsApp number used with Safara Hajj. We may not delete data if we cannot verify that the requester controls the relevant account.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for technical, security, or legal reasons.
